As nearly all data is highly customizable in administrator mode, it was not possible to have a demo of this mode as well; a small number of Internet users would probably intentionally make the prepared data unusable for other people.

  • Overview: This section provides an overview on all event data entered, i.e. user data, registration status, item data and assignments. The information is provided on three level of details (statistics, summary and details).

  • Reset user data: This section resets all user data belonging to the registration status (i.e. accepted vs. declined, as well as user comments). The main user data remains unchanged (such as name, email address, etc.). This functionality can be used in case of regular events.

  • Email: This section allows selecting some users and sending invitation emails to them. The subject of such emails as well as the text in the body of the email can be defined. Furthermore, username and password of each user will automatically be attached to the email. Alternatively, the administrator can decide to send invitation emails to all users at the same time.

  • Backup: This section offers the possibility to create backup files of the event data. Backup files are afterwards sent to the specified email address.

  • Log file analyzer: This section provides functionalities to analyze the log file containing information about steps performed by users. The administrator has the possibility to search for key words in the log file and filter accordingly.

  • Change intro page: This section gives the administrator the opportunity to create an introduction page providing background information to the users about the event. The page has to be coded with (basic) HTML. In case the administrator does not know this type of syntax, a short manual as well as simple examples have been added.

  • Change user data: This section can be used to add, modify or remove user data. Furthermore, backup data can be reloaded here.

  • Change item data: This section can be used to add, modify or remove item data. Furthermore, backup data can be reloaded here.

  • Change configuration: This section allows changing basic configuration settings such as language (English or German), email notifications to the administrator on each registration change, etc.

  • About: This section provides background information about the tool and its development as well as contact details about the provider.
