This website provides an online tool to manage events. It helps the invited persons as well as the organizer of the event to coordinate between participants in the preparation phase. There are two main services available:

Registration: Invited persons and participants can directly register or cancel online on this website. By doing so, all involved people are able to check the latest registration status at any time and they exactly know who will attend (including photos). Examples of such events can be birthday parties, weddings, weekly games in a sports club and many more.
Assignment of items: Invited persons and participants can inform themselves about pending items and are able to directly become the owner of predefined items. This assignment is documented online and therefore, other people immediately know which items are still pending and what is already taken. Examples of such items can be gifts, tasks to be done, food contributed to a party, and again, many more.

Event administration and required software
Anybody can easily become the administrator of an event. After sending a request to initialize a new event, the administrator is able to define users and items as well as to create the introduction page and to send emails (semi or fully automated). Internet access and web browser are the only requirements to successfully use this tool. And last but not least, the usage of this tool is free in admin and user mode for a certain period of time and within a limited number of users.
